Q. How do I secure my date?
A. In order to secure your date, we will require a 30% deposit of the total cost as well as a signed copy of the contract. Please keep in mind that we accept cash, cheque and all major credit cards. If you have any questions, we would love to hear from you through email, phone or in person.

Q. When is the outstanding balance due?
A. The remaining amount is due on the day of the event upon our setup, but prior to start of festivities. Please note that we accept the outstanding balance by cash only.

Q. Do you setup and takedown the photobooth or is there someone to operate it?
A. At MXEvents, we always leave you in solid hands with our friendly and experienced staff. Your photobooth attendant will not only be tech savvy, but will also help out the guests with any requests and make sure it is a fun experience for all.

Q. How is the quality of the photos?
A. We only use top notch equipment such as Canon, Sony and HP. This allows MXEvents to present you with digital high resolution images, on print and on a USB or DVD.

Q. How many pictures can we take? Is there a limit?
A. For the duration of the booking, you can take an UNLIMITED number of photos. Since we use dye-sub printers, which are the fastest and best quality printers available, you will have perfect photos, ready to go, in under 10 seconds.

Q. What if I decide at the event that I would like to keep the photobooth longer than originally agreed?
A. We can absolutely do that for you at a cost of $150 per hour. Please chat with our attendant on location to discuss exact details. They will gladly hear you out and co-operate in order to ensure that the good times do not end.

Q. Do you offer custom design on the bottom or top of the 2 by 6 photo strip?
A. With your direction and our expertise, our MXEvents designer will put together a personalized logo or writing that will make all the pictures at your event custom and unique.
